Tenecteplase for Ischemic Stroke at 4.5 to 24 Hours without Thrombectomy

In patients with large-vessel ischemic stroke and no access to thrombectomy, tenecteplase given within 4.5 to 24 hours resulted in less disability at 90 days than standard care but also a higher risk of intracranial hemorrhage.
