Risankizumab versus Ustekinumab for Moderate-to-Severe Crohn’s Disease

In this randomized trial in patients with Crohn’s disease in whom anti-TNF therapy had failed, risankizumab was more effective than ustekinumab in achieving clinical and endoscopic remission.
