Hairy-Cell Leukemia

Hairy-cell leukemia, a rare B-cell cancer driven by a BRAF mutation and manifesting with cytopenias and splenomegaly, is responsive to purine analogue chemotherapy and to BRAF inhibitors combined with anti-CD20 antibodies.
