Case 29-2024: A 47-Year-Old Man with Confusion and Kidney Failure

A 47-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of confusion, pneumonia involving the right lower lobe, and acute kidney failure. The creatine kinase level was 28,581 U per liter. A diagnosis was made.
