Case 20-2024: A 73-Year-Old Man with Recurrent Fever and Liver Lesions

A 73-year-old man was admitted because of 22 months of recurrent fever and progressive hypodensities in the liver. A liver-biopsy specimen showed nonnecrotizing granulomas. A diagnosis was made.
