Case 2-2025: A 21-Year-Old Man with Loss of Consciousness and a Fall

A 21-year-old man with sickle cell disease was evaluated after loss of consciousness resulting in a fall. MRI of the head showed no clinically significant hemorrhage or evidence of restricted diffusion. A diagnosis was made.
