Asciminib in Newly Diagnosed Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

Asciminib, an agent that targets the myristoyl pocket of BCR::ABL, was compared with imatinib and with imatinib plus second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Outcomes were better with aciminib in both comparisons.
