Case 23-2024: A 78-Year-Old Woman with Rapidly Progressive Dementia

A 78-year-old woman with a history of breast and lung cancers presented with confusion. MRI of the head revealed hyperintensities in the anterior and medial temporal lobes. A diagnosis was made.
