Urinary Catheter–Related Vesicoileal Fistula

A man with a 5-month history of urethral catheter use had sudden onset of turbid, greenish-yellow urine. CT showed protrusion of the catheter through the bladder wall, and a vesicoileal fistula was seen on laparoscopy (shown in a video).
